✅ Symbol rights confirmation module is initially available 🙌, starting public beta test on the production line
The ownership of each symbol consists of two parts:
- Member property rights (member shares)
- Capital property rights (capital shares)
Member property rightsHas a direct impact on the symbol itself, similar to team members, shares are obtained by becoming an internal member.
Capital property rightsHas no impact on the symbol itself, similar to external investors, shares are obtained through monetary purchase.
✅ Regular accounts can now be converted to Symbol accounts
✅ The member module for Symbols is initially available
What is the difference between a Symbol account and a regular account?
The biggest difference is that regular accounts have no concept of property rights and are monolithic, similar to an individual, whereas property rights in a Symbol account can be partitioned, similar to a corporation.
What is a member?
A member is the broadest form of cooperative relationship within a Symbol. For example, consultants, regularly seconded technicians, or independent sales personnel—even if such cooperation does not involve an employment relationship, both parties recognize the long-term value of the collaboration, and thus a membership relationship can be established.
