I've discovered a pattern: the more heretical, the closer they are, the more toxic they become. The anti-China ranking is:

Local colonists > Hong Kong colonists > Taiwan colonists > Japan/Korea > (Central Asia > Europe/America)

Other races are opposition, but heretics are hate—it's quite interesting
