Does anyone here know about SmartMore? I have a salary negotiation next week and I don't know how much to ask for. I'm a frontend developer from a non-'Double First Class' university. I saw on OS that it was 15k last year, but the person who referred me said it's 300k this year for bachelor's degrees😥
